We offer an expansive range of Facilities. Heavily into the first development of the park we currently have a Café/Bistro, Outdoor Terrace with beautiful scenic views, and Kids Adventure Play Park with plans in the very near future for Laundry Facilities and a Dog Walk/ Hike Trail.

Our outdoor terrace located at the Café/ Bistro has gorgeous views of the surrounding valleys, there really is no better way to chill, relax, and enjoy a coffee/sandwich.

The park is stunning but when you want to explore a tad further, there is plenty to do locally Including Derwent Waterside Park, Empire Theatre & Cinema, Hownsgill Viaduct, Waskerley Way Walking & Cycling Route, Durham Cathedral, Beamish Museum, Diggerland, and the Stunning village of Lanchester Itself. There is also a vast array of fantastic Pubs, Bars, and Restaurants including the popular Pavillion Chinese Restaurant just a 7-minute drive away.
